| 1. Trading every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 09h00 16h00 at the Panorama Flea Market on Klipriver Drive, Mulbarton 2. Tables are available for hire at R10.00 each per day. |

| RULES AND REGULATIONS BOOKING PROCEDURE 1. The market is on a permanent booked basis. 2. Permanent traders book their stall a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. 3. Casual Traders book their stalls on the day they wish to trade subject to product approval. PROCEDURE FOR CASUAL TRADERS 1. The waiting list for the day opens at 07h30 on the day itself. 2. The trader is required to be at the management office at the market in person in order to place his/her name on the waiting list for the day. 3. Stalls are allocated to casual traders on Saturday or Sunday at 08h55. 4. Stalls are allocated on a first come first served basis, however product type can affect allocation of a stall. 5. Fees are payable on allocation of a stall number by management. 6. Management can restrict the right of a trader, or limit the type of merchandise to be sold at the discretion of the Panorama Flea Market. 7. Casual Traders are subject to normal rules and regulations of the Panorama Flea Market. 8. Stall Numbers are at the discretion of the management (Stall numbers on the invoice are for the first day of trading only. Stall holders must confirm second and subsequent stall numbers with management.) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL TRADERS Conditions of acceptance 1. No stallholders will be allowed to trade without a copy of their identity document or passport 2. Stallholders must agree to a credit check being processed on their application before an agreement can be entered into. 3. There is a limit of one registered trader per stall. 4. No booking without payment will be made. 5. Sub-letting of stalls is not permitted. 6. Stalls will not be allocated to person or religious organisations wishing to promote political or religious activities, collection of signatures, or demonstrations. 7. Loud hailers may not be used. Rental terms 1. Rent is payable one month in advance by the 1st of each month 2. One months calendar written notice must be given by stallholders should they wish to cease trading or they will be liable for rental of the new month. 3. Interest will be charged at 24% per annum for all overdue accounts. 4. Management shall have the right at any time to terminate the stallholders hire of the stall without reasons therefore any advance rentals shall be refunded in that event. Conditions of trade 1. All traders must adhere to the rules and regulations of Panorama Flea Market. 2. Applicants are only permitted to sell those items of merchandise which are specified on their application form and which have been approved by management. 3. Permission to trade may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of management. Their decision is final and not open to negotiation. 4. The management reserves the right to request any trader causing a disturbance to cease trading and vacate the premises. 5. Traders must stay strictly within their demarcated stall area. 6. Stalls are to be kept clean at all times, refuse to be removed immediately on cessation of trading. 7. Any permanent fixtures that stallholders wish to add must have prior approval by the management of Panorama Flea Market. 8. Permanent fixtures such as building, security doors, floors etc shall remain the property of Panorama Flea Market. Should the stallholders decide to move stalls, or cease trading, no claim for losses, damages or expenses arising from the fixtures may be made thereto by Panorama Flea Market. 9. Panorama Flea Market reserves the right to remove any fixture that has not gained the prior approval of the management or that may pose a problem for other stall holders. 10. The management reserves the right to close the flea market at its discretion if in its opinion circumstances demand. 11. Any disregard for or contravention of these rules will jeopardise the trading rights. Acceptance of a receipt on payment of fees will serve as agreement of these rules. TIMES 1. Cars may enter the flea market up until 08h55 to offload and must immediately thereafter be removed. 2. Stall holders must have their stalls erected by 09h00. 3. Stalls not occupied by 09h00 will be re-allocated. 4. Stall holders may not close their stalls before 16h00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays unless agreed to by management. SECURITY 1. Traders are advised to maintain a streetwise awareness with regard to the displaying of merchandise and the handling of money. 2. The management will not be held responsible for personal loss or damage to goods from whatsoever cause arising. 3. If an offender is apprehended by a trader, the market security staff should be alerted only if the trader is prepared to lay a charge against the offender. |
